Q- How do we know it is not a false statement?
A-Each student must fill in their name and home room; this allows you to follow up with that student (Confidentially) to ensure it was sent from them.
Q- Can we change the email address that the form comes to?
A-Yes at anytime you need the email address changed or your password changed just email us or call 1-866-333-4553 and we will do that at no charge.
Q- Is there any additional charges?
A-No- Once your school pays $99 there is absolutly no extra charges and it stays with your school for as long as you want it
